Dr. Lasky offers individual coaching, small group coaching, and executive coaching:

Individual Coaching

Dr. Lasky takes on clients who meet the following criteria:

  • You want to grow personally, professionally, and/or spiritually

  • You want to commit to the biggest vision for yourself

  • You want to create and execute actions towards your vision

  • You are willing to make the commitment to the coaching process

  • You are ready to invest in yourself

Six Week Taste Test

  • This is a six week investment in coaching, often for people who are new to coaching and are excited to try it out
  • This package includes six hour long sessions over the course of six weeks
  • The sessions take place in person or over phone/video chat
  • This package includes one additional email per week

90-day Turnaround

  • This is a three month investment in coaching
  • There are nine hour-long coaching sessions over this three month period
  • Three sessions occur during the first three weeks of the month
  • The last week of the month is an implementation week
  • The sessions take place in person or over phone/video chat
  • There is unlimited email contact with Dr. Lasky
  • There is one 10 minute flex call (as needed) allowed per week

Six Month Build

  • This is a six month investment in coaching
  • The six month investment is designed for people who know they are ready to make a commitment and make serious change
  • There are 18 hour-long coaching sessions over this six month period
  • Three sessions occur during the first three weeks of the month
  • The last week of the month is an implementation week
  • The sessions take place in person or over phone/video chat
  • There is unlimited email contact with Dr. Lasky
  • There are up to two ten-minute flex calls (as needed) allowed per week

Group Coaching

Executive Coaching

Dr. Lasky works with high and mid-level executives who are working to become more effective workers and leaders.

Dr. Lasky addresses two main problem areas: peak performance skills and leadership development.  These two domains tackle both the individual leader and the organization as a whole.  The client will fine-tune leading by example and being a more effective leader in order to reach individual and systemic goals.  Goals may include creating leadership, team cohesion, strengthening company culture, support for stronger communications skills, accountability, action-focused goals, and more.
